Accessibility Statement.
Our commitment to making this website usable for everyone, the standard we build to, and how to tell us if something is not working.
We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever their ability or the technology they use. Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought, and we hold the AI we build for clients to the same standard.
Our commitment
The Outcome Agency Ltd is committed to making this website accessible and to continually improving the experience for all users. We treat accessibility as a measure of quality, and we welcome feedback that helps us do better.
Standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the recognised international standard, and to follow the principles behind the Equality Act 2010. Where we fall short, we treat it as a defect to fix.
What we do
- Use clear, readable typography with sufficient colour contrast.
- Structure pages with proper headings and landmarks so they make sense to screen readers.
- Provide visible keyboard focus and support navigation without a mouse.
- Give images meaningful alternative text where they carry information.
- Respect the “reduce motion” setting for animations.
- Build responsively so the site works on phones, tablets, and desktops, and when text is enlarged.
Compatibility
This site is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari) and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers and speech recognition. It is built to be usable when zoomed and when viewed in high-contrast or dark modes.
Known limitations
We test as we build, but no site is ever perfect. If you find an area that is difficult to use, please tell us using the details below and we will prioritise a fix. We list any known, unresolved issues here as we become aware of them: [record any known accessibility issues and target fix dates].
Feedback
If you have trouble using any part of this site, or you need information in a different format, please get in touch and we will help and put it right:
We aim to respond within five working days.
Enforcement
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing accessibility requirements in the UK. If you contact us about an accessibility problem and are not happy with our response, you can raise it with the EHRC via the Equality Advisory and Support Service at equalityadvisoryservice.com.
About this statement
This statement applies to this website. It was prepared based on our own review of the site against WCAG 2.1 AA. We review it when we make significant changes, and at least once a year.
If you commission a formal accessibility audit, record its date and outcome here, and update the known-limitations section with anything it finds.
