We build the AI.
You switch it on.

Custom AI tools, assistants, and automation, built into how your business already works, and handed over running. This is our core. Everything else we do points at it.

What Build is

Working AI, installed. Not a proof of concept.

Most AI work stops at a demo. A slide that says "imagine if." We start where that stops. We build the actual system, wire it into the tools and workflow your team already uses, and switch it on. The capability stays in your business and keeps paying back long after we leave.

Thirty years of shipping software, ecommerce, web, and marketing means we can do the hard part: not just spotting where AI helps, but building it so it holds up in the real world. Ahead on AI, practical in delivery.

What we build

Four kinds of build. All installed into how you work.

Most engagements combine a few of these. We scope to the outcome, not the buzzword.

AI assistants & copilots

Handle the support queue, answer the same forty questions a day, draft and summarise, and pull answers from your own documents. Your team stays on the work that grows the business.

Automation & agents

Strip the manual hours out of a process. AI that reads, decides, routes, and acts across the tools you already run, so the busywork happens without a person in the loop.

Content engines

Produce many times the on-brand content at a fraction of the cost and time, from product copy to campaigns, with your voice and your guardrails built in.

AI search & discovery

Help the right people find you and convert, on your site and in the AI answers your buyers now ask first. Search that understands intent, not just keywords.

How it works

From idea to installed, in weeks.

A clear path with a working system at the end of it. No six-month discovery phase, no deck that dies in a drawer.

01

Diagnose

We find where AI creates efficiency or revenue first, and what it is worth. You get a costed build plan. See Diagnose.

02

Scope

We agree the build, the success metric, and the baseline to measure it against. Fixed and clear before a line of work starts.

03

Build

We build it into your actual workflow and tools, not a sandbox. You see progress in weeks, not quarters.

04

Install & hand over

It goes live, your team is trained to own it, and we show the number that moved. Ongoing Run support is optional.

What you get

Every Build ends the same way: something running.

We do not hand over advice and wish you luck. We hand over a working system, a trained team, and evidence it did what we said it would. If a piece of work would leave you with only a document, it is scoped wrong.

Ways to start

Start small, or go all in.

Three ways to begin. Every one lands as working capability. Scope and pricing are set after a diagnosis, so you only ever build what pays back.

Questions

The things clients ask first.

Do we need to know what to build?
No. That is what Diagnose is for. We go into the business, find where AI creates efficiency or revenue first, and come back with a costed, prioritised build plan. You decide what to build knowing what it is worth.
Whose AI tools and models do you use?
Whatever fits the job. We are model and vendor agnostic, so we pick the right tools for your problem, your budget, and your data, rather than reselling one platform. And whatever we build, you own it.
What about our data and security?
We build inside your environment with guardrails set from day one: what the AI can see, what it can do, and where the human stays in the loop. Security and maintainability are part of the build, not an afterthought.
How long does a build take?
A pilot build is usually weeks, not months. Larger programmes are sequenced so you see working systems land in stages rather than waiting for one big reveal at the end.
What happens after you hand it over?
It is yours. Your team is trained to run it, and you keep the capability. If you would rather we kept it current and improving as models change, Run does exactly that, but it is always your choice.

Ready to build something that pays back?

A short diagnosis shows you where AI helps first, and what it is worth. Then we build it.
