AI the team actually uses

We helped a national charity put AI to work across the team and adopt a shared AI workspace, with the training and guardrails that make it stick.

AI the team actually uses

Buying AI tools is easy. Getting a team to actually use them, safely and well, is the hard part, and it is where most AI spend quietly goes to waste.

What we did

We worked with a national charity to put AI to work across the organisation: not a pilot in one corner, but the tools the team reaches for day to day, built into how they already work. That included adopting a shared AI workspace so staff could collaborate with AI on real tasks, with prompts, documents and workflows that fit what the charity actually does.

Training and guardrails

Adoption sticks when people are confident and safe. We trained the team on the tools they would use, set the guardrails for what AI should and should not touch in a sensitive environment, and left written guidance so a new starter can pick it up without us.

Kept improving

Enablement is not a one-off workshop. We stayed close as the team’s confidence grew, adding use cases as they surfaced and tuning what was working, so the capability keeps paying back rather than fading after launch.
