Putting AI to work across a national charity
We helped a national charity adopt AI across the team, with a shared AI workspace and the training and guardrails that make it stick.
We have built and shipped a private, invitation-only web app that gives domestic abuse victims a discreet place, on their own phone, to find safety information, read local guidance and message a real support worker.
It was built for the North Yorkshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner and is run day to day by the charity’s own staff, who publish and update everything themselves. The decisions that keep someone safe are enforced by the software, not left to memory: a one key exit to a weather site, notifications that carry no content, and no email the wrong person could ever read.
It is understated by design, and it is some of the work we are proudest of.
