Putting AI to work across a national charity
We helped a national charity adopt AI across the team, with a shared AI workspace and the training and guardrails that make it stick.
The sectors and use cases we are backing hardest right now, and why the fastest AI wins are rarely the flashy ones.

Here is where we are focused right now: the sectors we are backing, and why the fastest AI wins are rarely the flashy ones.
AI can do a lot. That does not mean everything is worth building. We spend our energy where the payback is clearest and the risk is lowest, and for most businesses that means the repetitive, high-volume work that quietly eats the week, not a headline-grabbing moonshot.
We work across the UK, with reach into the Gulf, and we see the fastest wins in a handful of places: professional services drowning in the admin behind every billable hour; ecommerce and retail leaving conversion on the table; manufacturing and the trades buried in quoting and documentation; property and construction slowed by paperwork; regulated financial and advisory firms that need AI with an audit trail; and public and education teams asked to do more with less.
In every one of those, the first build is usually unglamorous: the quote that writes itself, the support queue that answers the same forty questions, the content engine, the document trail that stops setting the pace. Boring, frequent, buildable work, tied to a number we agree up front.
We are writing this thinking down as we go. Our Insights cover it sector by sector, and if you want it applied to your business, book a diagnosis.

We built one pipeline that takes a post from written to live on the site and out to three social channels, each with its own artwork, on a schedule.

We rebuilt the awards site off a page builder and onto core WordPress, and gave it a ticket shop that sells on the site itself.
A short diagnosis shows you where AI pays back first, and what it is worth.
